What is your shipping cost?
We often offer a promotion for free shipping so check out our SHOP page for details.
Our shipping costs are $19.99 for purchases under $500 and increase by $5 for each additional $100 spent.
What shipping methods are used?
Depending on location, we may ship via either USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?
At this time we do not offer expedited shipping. We do promptly ship out all items within 1-2 business days and typical packages will arrive within 1-3 business days from shipment.
What if I didn't receive my shipment?
Please check the tracking number sent in your order confirmation email to see the status of your package. For delivered packages that you did not receive, please see your local office on how to file a claim in the case of a lost package.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship within the USA only.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We are happy to provide a simple gift wrap and custom note at no extra cost. Please indicate at check out whether this item is a gift and the personal message to be included in the package.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It will take approximately 4-7 business days to receive your order.
